I attended the weekend program and worked with you to find a property that was best suited for our portfolio.
When you let us know of the deal in Townsville giving a +9% net return, we were very attracted and I travelled to Townsville to check out the property. It was my maiden visit to Townsville and you arranged for me to be met at Townsville airport by your friend, Hannah. I was shown the city and the property and I liked the property. I started my initial education in real estate investment back in 2014. I was a fence sitter for a long time however, as I wasn’t drawn to renovating residentials, new builds or sub-divisons. What I was looking for was a reliable, no hassle, long-term investment to kick start my passive income and cash flow.
I met Helen Tarrant during a free evening she hosted and signed up for her 3 x day course in Brisbane on the spot.
